Toshiaki knew about time capsules. Or well the concept of them anyway. He always wanted to do one but didn’t have anything worthwhile to bury and look back on fondly. Helping other people do that though was more than enough.[break][break]c

Cygne’s not a big history buff but she does like to get paid. Like, a lot, especially for her not actually having to do much work. So PokeJobs are perfect for her, because she just has to stand there while Feldspar smashes things with his very big, very grown up Rillaboom arms.

He yawns through it, eternally sleepy, as he mashes every capsule thrown his way with wood hammer, oblivious to anything like tact or restraint.

If there was ever a time to crack open time capsules, now was it. With the Region's impending doom by meteor being a few months away, they had to look wherever they could to find answers. And if one time capsule had something that could help them, then the risk they gamble was worth it. Even if it was a shot in the dark.

Oscar the Chesnaught began to smash at the sealed capsules with a carefully focused Hammer Arm. However many strikes it would take, the Chesnaught wasn't giving up until the capsule came open.

kyle's metagross may be the second metagross on the scene, but it's okay. they get paid regardless of how early they went to the scene anyways.

a lot of capsules were taken out to be opened, with each pokemon taking their spot to break them open. kyle's metagross gets away from matias' since it's not competitive and it gets shy.

upon getting a spot, metagross v2 brings its strong HAMMER ARM down to SMASH! Ka-POW!

The Swampert didn’t really understand why it was being asked to smash things. But this was what its trainer had said for it to do, so it was going to smash things. Dunamus would apathetically lumber towards the box that it had been directed to. While seemingly uninterested by the whole spectacle, Dunamus would do what it had been sent out to do, and its arm would begin to glow as its gaze honed in on the box.

And then suddenly it struck with oodles of power, likely smashing the thing to bits.

It felt like putting in the effort today.

It took some convincing for Swampert to come along for the job, until Rowan had explained that their primary function would be smashing open objects. Atlas seemed to have a taste for the act, ever since the incident during the Sootopolis Invasion.

Gruesome murder aside, the Swampert stood ready, eyeing the ‘competetion’ as it were for those more capable than themself. They weren’t about the outclassed by some amatuers.

When the smashing began, Atlas raised and lowered one HAMMER ARM after another, bashing and crashing through anything that was set in front of him, a superior show of force.
